The A6300 is the first in Spektrum's evolving line of brushless servos, engineered to provide leading-edge performance with uncompromised reliability. With an astonishing 530 oz-in of torque and lightning-fast 0.10 second transit time at 8.4 volts, the A6300 will make any RC modeller take a serious second look at what modern servo technology can achieve. This is a servo built for professionals, serious enthusiasts, and anyone who refuses to accept compromises in their RC equipment.

Built with a top-tier brushless drivetrain recognised for exceptional strength and reliability, the A6300 combines durability with precision engineering. The low-wear, all-metal gear train is virtually slop-free, whilst the heatsinking aluminium case with pre-installed eyelets and grommets makes mounting quick and straightforward. These features combine to produce a powerful, consistent, and efficient servo that delivers the torque and holding power required by the most demanding RC applications.

Key Features

  • Brushless Motor Technology — The A6300 utilises a top-of-the-line brushless drivetrain that is recognised as being exceptionally strong and reliable, providing durability that traditional brushed motors simply cannot match, resulting in longer servo lifespan and consistent performance throughout your flying season.
  • Outstanding Torque Output — With 530 oz-in of torque at 8.4 volts, this servo delivers massive holding power and control authority, making it ideal for giant-scale aircraft, 3D aerobatics, jets, and any RC application where powerful control surfaces are essential for safe and responsive flight.
  • Extraordinary Speed — The A6300 achieves lightning-fast transit times of just 0.10 seconds per 60 degrees at 8.4 volts, ensuring rapid response to pilot input and crisp control response that serious RC operators demand for precision flying.
  • High Voltage Capable — Designed to operate safely across a 6.0 to 8.4 volt input range, the A6300 can be powered by various battery configurations, giving you flexibility in your power system while maximising performance when running at higher voltages.
  • All-Metal Gear Train — The low-wear, tightly meshed all-metal gear train is virtually slop-free, providing exceptional durability and precise control without the backlash or wear issues associated with plastic gears found in budget servos.
  • Dual Bearing Support — The drivetrain is supported by dual ball bearings on each end, which helps maximise smooth operation, reduce friction, and extend the operational lifespan of this high-performance servo even under extreme loading conditions.
  • Aluminium Construction Case — The servo is housed in a heatsinking all-aluminium case that helps keep operating temperatures low during extended use, preventing thermal throttling and maintaining peak performance throughout your flight session.
  • Pre-Installed Eyelets and Grommets — These factory-installed mounting points make installation quick and straightforward, reducing setup time and ensuring secure, professional mounting in your aircraft structure.
  • Soft Start Protection — The integrated soft start function helps prevent component and airframe damage during unintentional initialisations, protecting both your servo and your valuable RC models from sudden jerky movements.
  • Over Current and Temperature Protection — Built-in protection circuitry monitors servo operation and prevents damage from electrical overload or thermal stress, ensuring your servo continues to operate reliably under demanding conditions.
  • Integrated Servo Failsafe — If signal is lost while power is maintained, the servo automatically holds the last known position, providing a safety net and helping prevent unpredictable aircraft behaviour during signal dropout situations.
  • Initialisation Start Tone — A helpful tone alerts the pilot when the servo is ready and initialised, eliminating guesswork and ensuring you know the servo is properly calibrated before flight.
  • Variable Frequency Operation — Operating across a frequency range of 200Hz to 333Hz, the A6300 can be fine-tuned to your specific application, allowing you to balance servo responsiveness with power consumption according to your needs.

Technical Performance

The A6300 is engineered to deliver extraordinary performance across a range of voltage levels. At 6.0 volts, the servo produces 27.26 kg/cm of torque and operates at 0.14 seconds per 60-degree sweep. When powered at 7.4 volts, torque increases to 33.65 kg/cm with a speed of 0.11 seconds per 60 degrees. At the maximum operating voltage of 8.4 volts, the servo achieves its peak specification: 38.20 kg/cm of torque and an impressive 0.10 seconds per 60-degree transit time. The servo weighs just 79.8 grams, making it remarkably compact given its power output. With dimensions of 40.0mm length, 37.8mm height, and 20.0mm width, the A6300 maintains a standard servo size whilst delivering performance that rivals much larger servos. The dual ball bearing support system and brushless motor technology ensure smooth, vibration-free operation even when driving large control surfaces at high speeds. The metal gear train with its tight tolerances and low-wear characteristics provides the precise control authority demanded by modern RC aircraft, whether you're flying giant-scale aeroplanes, high-performance jets, or engaging in aggressive 3D aerobatic manoeuvres. The aluminium construction dissipates heat effectively, maintaining consistent performance even during extended flights or rapid control inputs that generate friction and heat within the servo mechanism.
