If You Change Your Mind
1. Cooling Off Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email or post within the 14-day cancellation period.

2. Returning Goods
Returned goods must:
• Be unused and unopened where applicable.
• Remain in their original packaging.
• Be in a sealed condition where supplied with a manufacturer seal, security sticker, shrink wrap or tamper-evident packaging.
• Be complete with all supplied accessories, manuals and packaging.
• Not have been assembled, fitted, installed, programmed, charged, soldered, connected, modified or used.
• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Products supplied with manufacturer seals, security stickers, shrink wrap or tamper-evident packaging can only be returned under a change of mind request if those seals remain intact and untampered with.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage and adequate insurance when returning goods.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that they have been returned.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to withhold a refund until returned goods have been received and inspected.
4. Return Costs
Unless goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
5. Special Order & Made To Order Products
Special-order, made-to-order, personalised or bespoke products cannot normally be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
6. Reduction In Refund
If returned goods show signs of use, damage, missing packaging, broken seals or reduced value due to handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a retail environment, we reserve the right to reduce any refund accordingly.
7. Products Not Eligible For Change Of Mind Returns
We may refuse returns where:
• Security seals have been broken.
• Products have been assembled or installed.
• Batteries have been charged.
• Electronics have been soldered, connected or programmed.
• Software has been activated or registered.
• Products have been modified.
• Products have been used.
• Washing machine transit bolts have been removed.

8. RC Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable and compatible with their intended application before purchase.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Batteries
• Chargers
• ESCs
• Motors
• Servos
• Receivers
• Transmitters
• Body shells
• Wheels
• Tyres
• Upgrades
• Spare parts
9. Installed RC Products
We cannot accept returns of batteries, chargers, electronics, body shells, tyres, wheels, upgrades or spare parts that have been:
• Installed
• Connected
• Charged
• Soldered
• Modified
• Used
unless found to be faulty.
Products purchased incorrectly due to compatibility issues may not qualify for return if they have been opened, fitted, connected or used.
Faulty, Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Goods
10. Goods Damaged In Transit
Goods damaged during transit should be reported within 24 hours of delivery wherever possible.
Please retain all packaging and provide photographs of both the packaging and damaged item.
11. Incorrect Goods
If we have supplied the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange replacement or collection where appropriate.
12. Missing Items
Missing items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery wherever possible.
13. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 3 working days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate promptly.
Consumer Electronics & Home Appliance Warranty
14. Appliance Warranty
Consumer electronics and home appliances are supplied with the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects but does not cover:
• Accidental damage.
• Misuse.
• Incorrect installation.
• Cosmetic damage.
• General wear and tear.
• Water damage not covered by the manufacturer.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer directly for technical support, diagnosis or engineer visits.
Goods returned for inspection must be clean and accompanied by proof of purchase.
RC Warranty Policy
15. Hobby Grade Products
RC products are hobby-grade products and require ongoing maintenance, adjustment and repair throughout their lifespan.
The replacement of worn or damaged parts is considered a normal part of ownership and does not automatically indicate a manufacturing defect.
16. RC Warranty Coverage
RC warranties are intended to cover manufacturing defects only.
Warranty cover varies by manufacturer and product.
17. RC Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Crashes.
• Collisions.
• Rollovers.
• Jump damage.
• Impact damage.
• Abuse or misuse.
• Incorrect operation.
• Water ingress.
• Corrosion.
• Dirt contamination.
• Sand contamination.
• Failure to follow instructions.
• Failure to carry out maintenance.
• Improper storage.
• Improper assembly.
• Incorrect setup.
• Use at skate parks, BMX tracks, pump tracks or other unsuitable environments.
• Use of incompatible batteries, chargers, electronics or accessories.
• Reverse polarity connection.
• Incorrect charging, overcharging or over-discharging.
18. Maintenance Requirements
Customers are responsible for routine maintenance including:
• Checking screws, wheel nuts and fixings.
• Inspecting drivetrain components.
• Maintaining correct gear mesh.
• Cleaning dirt, mud, grass and debris after use.
• Inspecting bearings and driveshafts.
• Inspecting steering and suspension components.
• Maintaining batteries correctly.
• Following manufacturer instructions.
Failure to maintain products correctly may invalidate warranty claims where lack of maintenance has contributed to the failure.
19. Wear & Tear Items
The following are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty unless proven faulty upon receipt:
• Spur gears
• Pinion gears
• Bearings
• Tyres
• Wheels
• Body shells
• Body mounts
• Body clips
• Servo savers
• Servo horns
• Driveshafts
• Suspension components
• Shock oils
• Differential oils
• Batteries affected by misuse or incorrect charging
20. Lithium Batteries
Lithium batteries are consumable products.
Warranty does not cover:
• Swollen batteries.
• Over-discharged batteries.
• Overcharged batteries.
• Reverse polarity damage.
• Water damage.
• Physical damage.
• Incorrect storage.
• Incorrect charging.
• Normal capacity loss through use.
21. Modifications
Warranty may be void where products have been modified, rewired, soldered, upgraded or fitted with incompatible electronics, batteries or accessories.
22. Warranty Assessment
To assess a warranty claim we may request:
• Photographs.
• Videos.
• Serial numbers.
• Proof of purchase.
• Charger information.
• Battery information.
• Details of maintenance carried out.
23. Cleanliness Requirement
Products returned for inspection must be reasonably clean.
Products returned covered in excessive dirt, mud, grass, oil, sand or other contaminants may be returned uninspected or may be subject to a cleaning charge.
24. RC Warranty Resolution
Where a fault is confirmed, the manufacturer's warranty will normally cover repair or replacement of the faulty component only.
Complete model replacement will only be offered where required by the manufacturer or by applicable consumer legislation.
