Delivery Information
At RC Model Shop / Appliance Electronics UK Ltd, we aim to provide clear and accurate delivery information so you know exactly when to expect your order.
In-Stock Products
Products displaying "Next Working Day" on the product page are physically held in our warehouse and are available for immediate dispatch.
Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery is subject to stock verification, payment clearance, and courier service availability.
Products Showing Future Dates or Extended Lead Times
Not all products displayed on our website are held in stock. Some items are sourced directly from our trusted suppliers and manufacturers.
Where a product displays:
• Stock Expected Soon
• A future availability date
• 1-3 Working Days
• 3-5 Working Days
• Special Order
• Pre-Order
these products are not immediately available for dispatch and will be shipped as soon as they arrive with us from the supplier.
The delivery estimate shown on the product page is the most accurate guide available and should always be checked before placing an order.
Next Day Delivery Service
If you select and pay for a Next Day Delivery service on a product that is not currently in stock, your order will be upgraded to a next working day courier service once the item arrives with us and is ready for dispatch.
This means the product itself may still require the advertised supplier lead time before dispatch, but once it arrives at our warehouse it will be sent using the next day delivery service you have selected.
For example:
• Product shows 3-5 Working Days
• You select Next Day Delivery
• Product arrives with us after 3 working days
• We dispatch it on a next day service
• Delivery is then normally made on the following working day
The next day delivery option does not override supplier lead times or future stock arrival dates.
Free UK Delivery
We offer FREE UK Mainland Delivery on orders over £90.
Free delivery applies to eligible products and destinations within our standard UK Mainland delivery area.
Certain remote areas, Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and excluded postcodes may incur additional delivery charges or may not be serviceable.
