The full-colour 4.3-inch touchscreen operates with an intuitive interface that makes even complex programming tasks straightforward, whilst the silky-smooth proportional gimbals deliver the precision control inputs that experienced RC pilots demand. The transmitter operates on the 2.4GHz frequency band using FASSTest, T-FHSS and S-FHSS transmission protocols—Futaba's industry-leading frequency-hopping technology that provides fast response times, excellent range and robust interference immunity even in crowded RC flying environments. The included R7208SB receiver incorporates dual receiver functionality, meaning you can run redundant receivers for safety-critical systems on high-performance aircraft. With support for S.BUS2 servo protocol, the system allows multiple servos and peripheral devices to connect via a single data bus, reducing wiring complexity and improving overall system reliability. The 2000mAh Li-Ion transmitter battery provides sufficient capacity for full-day flying without requiring mid-session charges. Programming is stored in 30 model memories, each capable of storing complete configurations for different aircraft types with separate settings for aircraft, helicopter and glider modes. Eight flight conditions per model allow for mid-flight adjustments to control responses based on payload, weather or flight phase, whilst 10 free programmable mixers enable creation of sophisticated control combinations beyond the pre-programmed templates. The system's full telemetry support delivers real-time aircraft data with voice announcement capability—critical information is delivered to your ears while your eyes remain focused on the model in the sky. The gun metal finish over quality construction materials reflects this system's positioning as professional-grade equipment, whilst the external stick tension adjustment allows fine-tuning of gimbal resistance to match individual pilot preferences without requiring transmitter disassembly.
