Key Features

  • Precise 8mm X 12mm X 3.5mm Dimensions — These exact specifications ensure universal compatibility across a broad range of RC models and platforms, making this bearing a versatile choice for your spare parts drawer. The standardised sizing means it will fit seamlessly into existing bearing housings without modification.
  • Low-Friction Design — The bearing's engineering minimises rotational resistance, allowing power from your motor to transfer more efficiently to the wheels and drivetrain. This translates to improved acceleration, smoother handling, and better overall responsiveness in your RC car UK setup.
  • Enhanced Durability — Fastrax bearings are manufactured to withstand the demands of regular RC use, whether you're running on pavement, dirt, or challenging terrain. Quality construction ensures extended service life and reduced maintenance intervals compared to inferior alternatives.
  • Wide Platform Compatibility — This bearing works across Element Enduro, Crawler, General Option Parts, HPI, Mugen, Rival MT10, Tamiya, Team Associated, Team Losi, Traxxas, and Axial Racing platforms. This exceptional compatibility makes it a must-have spare for multi-platform enthusiasts.
  • Affordable Quality — Genuine Fastrax engineering at an accessible price point means you can maintain your RC vehicle without expensive downtime or premium part pricing. Stock multiple bearings for preventative maintenance and quick swaps during extended running sessions.

Technical Performance

The Fastrax 8mm X 12mm X 3.5mm bearing represents solid engineering fundamentals applied to RC component design. At just 8mm inner bore diameter with a 12mm outer diameter and 3.5mm width, this bearing delivers a compact footprint suitable for densely-packed RC chassis designs whilst maintaining sufficient load capacity for dynamic driving conditions. The bearing's construction prioritises smooth rolling characteristics, which is essential for reducing parasitic drag in drivetrain systems where every fraction of a watt matters. Whether you're running brushless RC motors at high RPM or navigating technical crawler terrain at low speeds, this bearing maintains consistent performance across the entire operating envelope. The quality of materials and manufacturing tolerances ensure that once installed, you'll notice improved smoothness in steering response, acceleration feel, and overall drivetrain efficiency compared to worn or substandard bearings. For RC enthusiasts who understand that drivetrain health directly impacts handling characteristics and longevity, upgrading to fresh Fastrax bearings throughout your vehicle represents one of the most cost-effective performance investments you can make.
