Overview

The Blade Main Bear Block Set (3): Fusion 360 is an essential spare parts component designed for pilots and enthusiasts who own the Blade Fusion 360 RC helicopter. This genuine Blade part is a critical component for maintaining optimal helicopter performance and is ideal for those who fly regularly and want to keep their model in peak condition. Whether you're an experienced RC helicopter pilot in the UK or someone who enjoys weekend flying sessions, having quality replacement parts on hand ensures your Blade Fusion 360 remains airworthy and performs as expected after every flight.

As a dedicated RC hobbyist, you understand the importance of genuine parts and proper maintenance. The Main Bear Block Set consists of three bearing blocks that are fundamental to the rotor head assembly of your Fusion 360 helicopter. These components work together to provide smooth, reliable rotor head operation, which is absolutely critical for stable flight characteristics and safe handling. When bearing blocks wear or become damaged, they can compromise flight stability and create unwanted vibrations, making this one of the most important maintenance items you can stock.

RC Model Shop stocks a comprehensive range of genuine Blade Fusion 360 spares and upgrades, from main blades and tail booms to bearings, gears, and complete assemblies. Our extensive inventory means you'll find the parts you need quickly, and our knowledgeable team can help you identify exactly which component is right for your model variant. With UK next-day delivery available on in-stock items, keeping your Fusion 360 flying has never been easier.

Key Features

  • Three-piece bearing block set — This set includes three individual bearing blocks, providing you with a complete replacement set for the main rotor head assembly on your Fusion 360 helicopter, ensuring you have everything needed for a full restoration of this critical component.
  • Genuine Blade manufacture — As an official Blade part, these bearing blocks are manufactured to the exact specifications and tolerances required for your Fusion 360, maintaining the precise flight characteristics and stability you expect from your helicopter.
  • Essential maintenance component — Bearing blocks are wear items that benefit from regular inspection and periodic replacement, particularly if you fly frequently or have experienced a heavy landing that may have stressed the rotor head assembly.
  • Perfect fit compatibility — Designed specifically for the Blade Fusion 360 model, these bearing blocks integrate seamlessly with your existing airframe and rotor head assembly without any modification or adjustment required.
  • Improves flight stability — Worn or damaged bearing blocks can introduce play and vibration into the rotor head, so replacing them with fresh genuine parts helps restore smooth, vibration-free operation and responsive flight handling.
  • Reliable performance — Genuine Blade parts maintain the engineered performance standards that the Fusion 360 was designed for, giving you confidence that your helicopter will fly predictably and safely.

Technical Performance

The Main Bear Block Set for the Blade Fusion 360 represents precision engineering in miniature form. These bearing blocks are critical components within the main rotor head assembly, providing the bearing surfaces and support structure that allow the swashplate and rotor blades to function smoothly and precisely. The Fusion 360 platform is renowned for its excellent flight characteristics, and much of this comes down to the quality of components like these bearing blocks that maintain tight tolerances and smooth operation. When bearing blocks become worn or damaged, they introduce play into the rotor head, which can result in vibration feedback through the airframe, unpredictable cyclic response, and potential flight instability. By replacing them with genuine Blade components, you restore the tight mechanical tolerances that make the Fusion 360 such a capable and enjoyable RC helicopter to fly. These parts are manufactured from durable materials selected to withstand the demands of regular flying while maintaining the precision fit required for safe operation. The set of three blocks ensures you have a complete solution for rotor head maintenance or repair following an accident.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When should I replace the main bearing blocks on my Fusion 360? — Bearing blocks should be inspected regularly, especially if you fly frequently or have experienced any impacts to the rotor head. If you notice increased vibration during flight, loose play in the rotor head when held stationary, or if you've had a heavy landing, it's time to replace them. Worn bearing blocks can compromise your helicopter's flight characteristics and safety.
  • Are these genuine Blade parts? — Yes, the Z-BLH5225 Main Bear Block Set is a genuine Blade component manufactured to the exact specifications required for the Fusion 360. Using genuine parts ensures perfect fit, maintains your helicopter's engineered performance characteristics, and provides the reliability you can depend on.
  • Will these fit my Fusion 360? — These bearing blocks are designed specifically for the Blade Fusion 360 RC helicopter. However, it's always recommended to check your helicopter's manual and verify the exact part number to ensure compatibility with your specific model variant, as Blade produces several related models in the Fusion series.
  • How difficult is it to install the bearing blocks? — Installation requires disassembly of the rotor head assembly and is best performed by someone with RC helicopter maintenance experience. If you're not comfortable performing this work yourself, many RC hobby shops in the UK offer maintenance and repair services. It's essential to follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully to ensure proper assembly and flight safety.
  • How long do bearing blocks last? — Bearing block life depends on flying frequency and conditions. Regular flyers may need to replace them every few months, while casual pilots might get several years of use. Visual inspection and feeling for play in the rotor head are good indicators of when replacement is necessary.
